1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated, unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the tron66 website, mobile application, and all online services operated under the domain tron66.one.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account and is using the tron66 services.
• "Account" refers to the personal profile registered by a user on the tron66 platform.
• "Services" covers all activities available on the platform, including slots, live casino, sports betting, poker, and others.
• "Funds" means money held in a user's account on the tron66 platform.
• "Bonus" refers to credits or financial incentives offered by tron66 to users based on specified conditions and criteria.

2 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the tron66 platform, the user hereby acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions contained in this document together with the tron66 Privacy Policy.

If a user does not agree with any part of these terms, the user must stop using the platform immediately. Continued use of the platform after the terms have been updated is considered acceptance of the latest version of the terms.

3 Account Registration and Management

Each user is only permitted to register and maintain one (1) active account on the tron66 platform. Holding multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in all such accounts being suspended, including the forfeiture of any fund balances and bonuses.

During the registration process, users are required to provide true, accurate, and complete information. Required information includes full name as per identity card, an active mobile phone number, and a valid email address. tron66 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from users at any time.

• Full name must match a valid identity document (e.g. MyKad).
• Mobile phone number and email address must belong to the user.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or given to any other party.
• Users are responsible for ensuring their account password remains confidential at all times.

If a user suspects their account has been accessed without authorisation, they must notify the tron66 support team via live chat or email immediately.

4 Deposits and Fund Withdrawals

tron66 supports a range of payment methods tailored for Malaysian users, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX (online banking), Boost, and cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC, and ETH.

All withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to applicable anti-money laundering policies. tron66 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving any withdrawal.

tron66 does not charge any processing fees on deposit or withdrawal transactions. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own charges that are outside tron66's control.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

tron66 offers various bonus and promotion programmes for new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of 150% on their first deposit up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus value before the bonus funds are eligible for withdrawal.

Progress in the VIP program is determined based on each user's betting activity and engagement on the platform. Members who meet the criteria will be upgraded automatically. tron66 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, though existing bonuses will not be affected retroactively.

6 Game and Betting Rules

All games available on the tron66 platform are operated by licensed software providers recognised at the international level. Each game has its own specific rules, which can be found within the game interface itself.

Game results generated by the system are final and cannot be disputed, unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure confirmed by the tron66 team. In such cases, tron66 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the bet amount to the user.

• Users are responsible for ensuring their internet connection is stable during a game session.
• tron66 is not responsible for any losses incurred due to a user's internet connection issues.
• Any attempt to manipulate or cheat the game system constitutes a serious breach of these terms.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any external assistance tools is strictly prohibited.

In the context of sports betting and live games, changes in odds or results arising from factors outside tron66's control (such as actual match results or decisions by sports organisers) are final and binding on all parties.

7 User Conduct and Responsibilities

tron66 users are required to behave respectfully and responsibly while using the platform. Any conduct that disrupts the experience of other users or damages the reputation of the platform is prohibited.

Users agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Using the platform for any activity that violates local or international laws.
• Spreading false, misleading, or defamatory information to other users or tron66 staff.
• Using malicious software, viruses, or unauthorised technical methods to disrupt platform operations.
• Making fraudulent claims or misusing the customer support complaints process.
• Sharing or selling account credentials to third parties.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

• Involvement in fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activities.
• Abuse of the platform's bonus or promotion system.
• Repeated violations of any provision in these terms.

Users may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting the tron66 support team. In the case of voluntary closure, any valid remaining balance (once wagering requirements have been met) will be returned to the user via an appropriate payment method.

9 Limitation of Liability

tron66 works to keep the platform running without interruption. However, the platform may experience planned downtime (maintenance) or unplanned downtime (technical issues). tron66 will not be held liable for any financial losses or inconvenience experienced by users as a result of such downtime.

To the extent permitted by law, tron66's total liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

10 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

If resolution through negotiation is unsuccessful, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the relevant arbitration body or tribunal under the jurisdiction specified by tron66's operating licence.

The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision in these terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions in the same document.
